Can I change my order later?

As long as your package hasn't been shipped yet, we can often still make changes. Please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Where does LOVIYA deliver?

We ship worldwide – directly from our studio in Hamburg.

Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €50, and free internationally for orders over €70.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany 2–4 working days, internationally depending on the country 5–12 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I return jewelry if I don't like it?

Yes – you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Is LOVIYA jewelry waterproof?

Our jewelry is made of solid 925 sterling silver – a noble, durable material that is essentially waterproof.

However, we recommend removing your jewelry when showering, bathing, swimming, or exercising. This way, you can avoid premature dulling or residue from soap, chlorine, or sweat – and your jewelry will retain its shine even longer.

How do I best care for my LOVIYA jewelry?

To maintain long-lasting shine, simply clean your jewelry regularly with a soft, dry silver polishing cloth.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, lotion, cleaning products, or heavy perspiration – these can damage the surface over time.

Storage tip: Ideally, store your jewelry in the included LOVIYA jewelry box to prevent scratches and oxidation. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight whenever possible.
